Built Into Academies

TAP is built into training at the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services (NDCS) and Sarpy-Douglas Law Enforcement Academy (SDLEA). SDLEA reaches new officers for La Vista, Bellevue, Papillion, Douglas County, Sarpy County, and other Omaha-metro agencies.

Instructor counts reflect graduates of the TAP Instructor and Master Instructor Course from August 2021 through November 2026. Earlier training is noted separately and excluded from these instructor and certification totals. Officer count reflects users on the TAP platform.
